In order to ensure your safety and well-being, we ask you to respect the following rules:

All visitors must pay an entrance fee according to the rates displayed at the entrance or on presentation of a ticket for access to the park of La Balade du Père Nicolas. Visitors must keep their tickets or proof of admission throughout their stay. Access to the park will be refused to any person whose behaviour, poor dress or words are not correct or decent.

Failure to comply with the park's internal regulations may result in permanent expulsion from the park without compensation. Each member of the park staff is authorised to enforce the rules of this regulation.

Minors remain under the responsibility and supervision of an adult at all times.

Visitors are requested to respect the safety instructions for each activity and to behave in a manner that is respectful of customs. It is compulsory to follow the safety instructions in all circumstances. The management declines all responsibility in the event of an accident occurring as a result of non-compliance with these safety instructions.

It is forbidden to damage or cross the fences or safety railings.

The practice of the activities is forbidden to any person who has consumed alcohol or any substance that may alter his or her capacities. You must be in full possession of your physical and intellectual capacities to take part in the leisure activities of the park of La Balade du père Nicolas

In case of bad weather, the management reserves the right to stop certain attractions and, possibly in case of force majeure, to close the park. The management reserves the right to modify the opening hours of the park or the attractions in case of technical problems without any financial compensation being requested by visitors.

Pets are allowed on a leash in the park, they will be much better off there than in the car.

The management declines all responsibility for theft, loss or damage to your personal items in the park.

The car parks are free and unattended. For security reasons, we recommend that you lock your vehicle and do not leave any visible objects. The park La balade du père Nicolas cannot be held responsible for theft and/or damage caused by third parties to your vehicle or its contents. We advise you to park in reverse for your safety.

In the event that any of the above rules are not respected, the Management will not only decline all responsibility, but will also be obliged to ask any offender to leave the park immediately without any financial compensation being claimed by the visitors.

Any entry to the park implies the acceptance of the internal regulations.
